Heute Nachmittag ist Eule aus der JVA Ossendorf entlassen worden.

Das Landgericht Köln hob im Zuge einer Haftbeschwerde ihren Haftbefehl auf: Nach Ansicht des zuständigen Richters am Landgericht sei eine fast 6-monatige U-Haft nicht mehr verhältnismäßig. Mit Aufhebung des Haftbefehls fallen keine Auflagen für Eule an.

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Eule endlich wieder bei uns ist. Mehr später!

In the afternoon of Friday, march 15th, Eule was released from the prison in Cologne-Ossendorf.

The district court of Cologne overturned her arrest warrant in the course of a complaint. According to the competent judge at the district court, an almost 6-month detention was no longer proportionate. For Eule, the lifting of the arrest warrant is not subject to any conditions.

We are very happy that Eule is finally back with us. More later!
