Während UP2 von den Hambi9 noch immer in Haft auf ihren Prozess wartet, wurde nach dem Polizeieinsatz vom Montag den 19.März gegen drei weitere Personen aus dem Hambacher Forst Untersuchungshaft verhängt.

Die Vorwürfe gegen UP III und UP IV lauten § 125a StGB „Besonders schwerer Fall des Landfriedensbruchs“ und § 224 (2) StGB „versuchte gefährliche Körperverletzung“. Die Untersuchungshaft ist hier unabhängig von der Bekanntgabe der Identität angeordnet.

Die Gefangenen UPIII und UP IV wurden am Dienstag in die JVA Köln Ossendorf gebracht. Eine erste Einzahlung auf das JVA-Konto der Gefangenen ist am Donnerstag angekommen, so dass sie sich am knastinternen Einkauf beteiligen können.

UPI wird ebenfalls des schweren Landfriedensbruchs beschuldigt, nicht jedoch der versuchten Körperverletzung. Dies führt auch dazu, dass UP1 bereits am Donnerstag Nachmittag nach Feststellung und Überprüfung ihrer Identität aus der Haft entlassen wurde. UPI ist nun wieder frei. Mehr dazu hier: LINK

While UP2 of the Hambi9 is still in custody awaiting trial, three more people from the Hambach Forest were given pre-trial detention after the police action on Monday, March 19.

The allegations against UPIII and UPIV are Section 125a StGB (criminal code) “Aggravated cases of rioting” and Section 224 (2) StGB “Attempted bodily harm by dangerous means”. In such a case, remand is ordered regardless of the identity disclosure.

On Tuesday, prisoners UPIII and UPIV were taken to the prison in Cologne-Ossendorf. A first deposit on their prison account arrived on Thursday, so they can shop in the jail.

UPI is also accused of serious civil disorder, but not of attempted bodily injury. This also means that UPI was released on Thursday afternoon, after finding and verifying their identity. UPI is now free again. More here: LINK
