Warum sitzt UPIII eigentlich schon so lange in Untersuchungshaft?
Und wieso ist eigentlich auch nichts wirklich klar hinsichtlich eines Hauptverhandlungstermins?
Am 19/03/18 wurde gegen UPIII im Rahmen eines Polizeieinsatzes im Hambacher Forst Untersuchungshaft verhängt.
Im Gegensatz zu UP I und IV ist es bei UP III jedoch zu Komplikationen gekommen, da sie – wie auch die beiden anderen Personen – anonym in die JVA gekommen ist, ihre Herkunft allerdings als nicht deutschsprachig eingestuft wurde, dadurch erhöhte Fluchtgefahr bestehe und zudem auch ihr Alter für die Behörden nicht erkennbar gewesen sei. abc Rhineland: UPIII is writing about letters who are not getting through. We don’t know by now, which letters didn’t get through to us. However, the letters need up to three weeks (or even more) to arrive. From the first seven letters (all sent at the same date) letter #7 arrived one week later than the first six.
